- Minimum stay 2 nights (7 nights for July 7-20 and July 28 – August 31)
- Preferred check-in: 2 nights – Friday; 5 nights – Sunday; 7 nights – Sunday
- Children 5 – 14 years – 15% discount when sharing with 2 adults (based on triple/quad rate).
- Infants under 5 – $100 only when sharing with 2 adults (adults at twin share rate).
- Courtyard single occupancy 25% surcharge.
- Fully licensed.
- Totally non smoking
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Deposit 50% payable within 7 days notice of booking being made.
- Final balance due one month prior to arrival
- Cancellation within one month of arrival date 100% of tariff non refundable.
- Cancellation within two months of arrival date 50% of tariff non refundable.
- A fee of $50 per person, per amendments, will apply to reservations altered after the deposit has been paid.
- 25% cancellation fee (on total of booking) for cancellations due to Government lockdowns.

Due to a change of policy by Perisher we are unable to offer any packages that include lifts. Lift passes are best purchased online through Perisher – keep an eye out for any specials! Season (Epic) passes are a good option for weekly stays.
